A Python package for validation and analysis of EMDB maps and models, providing local resolution, Q-score, and other metrics.

Installation
Clone the repository and install dependencies:
git clone https://github.com/yourusername/EMDBVA.git
cd EMDBVA/Validation-Analysis
pip install -r va/environment.yml
