About The Project
Mostly this repo is about doing statistical analysis of single unit data recorded with either OpenEphys or Axona electrophysiology systems and putting the result in pandas dataframes. It is designed to be used with ephysiopy (https://github.com/rhayman/ephysiopy) and pandas (https://pandas.pydata.org/)
Getting Started
Clone the repo and install the package with pip or uv.
git clone https://github.com/rhayman/ephysiopandas.git
cd ephysiopandas
uv pip install -e .

git python
