Introduction
Utility package for handling some unusual text format issues encountered by USGS earthquake hazard products such as ShakeMap and PAGER.
See tests directory for usage examples.
Installation
From repository base, run
conda create --name textformat pip
conda activate textformat
pip install .
Tests
pip install pytest
pytest .
