Eurekiusz

Lokalny asystent ustaw podatkowych. Trzy warstwy: ustawa → nowela → KIS. Model nie zgaduje kwot. Pusty kontekst = Nie znalazlem w bazie.

Instalacja

pip install eurekiusz

Windows (po winget install Python.Python.3.12 i nowym PowerShellu):

python -m pip install eurekiusz

eurekiusz ask "jaki jest limit zwolnienia VAT 2026"
eurekiusz lookup DU/2025/775 113
eurekiusz health
eurekiusz gui

Albo skrót okna: eurekiusz-gui.

Bramka: art. 113 TJ DU/2025/775 = 200 000 zł. Limit 240 000 zł to nowela DU/2025/896 od 1.01.2026. Sama kwota 240k przy cytacie 775 = błąd.

Wheel zawiera chunks.db (~27 MB). Nadpisanie:

set EUREKIUSZ_DB=C:\path\chunks.db

albo plik ~/.eurekiusz/chunks.db.
