evidence-check
This is an alias. It installs
pyligent-agents, which provides the
evidence-check command.
pip install evidence-check
evidence-check contract.pdf extraction.json
Both of these install the same software:
pip install evidence-check
pip install pyligent-agents
What the command does
It reports which values in an extraction the source document does not support. It needs no API key, no network and no ground-truth labels.

FABRICATED_EVIDENCE |
the citation does not appear in the document |
SILENT_REPAIR |
the citation appears, but states a value other than the one extracted |
PLACEHOLDER_VALUE |
the value is TBD, N/A or similar |
Exit codes: 0 no findings, 1 findings to review, 2 the run could not happen.
Exit 1 is a result, not a failure.
This confirms evidential support, not accuracy. A citation may be present, verbatim, and still cite the wrong clause.
