Data processing workflows for ID13

Installation

pip install ewoksid13[scripts]

The auto_align and spi tasks need two ESRF packages that are not on PyPI, so they are installed separately:

pip install git+https://gitlab.esrf.fr/id13/autoalign.git  # auto_align
pip install git+https://gitlab.esrf.fr/spi/spi.git            # spi

MCP server

An MCP server publishes the ID13 tools to an LLM agent: the ones in ewoksid13.mcp.tools, next to the beamline-agnostic ones of ewokstools.mcp_tools (SLURM credentials, job status).

pip install .[mcp]

ewoksid13-mcp                    # streamable HTTP, http://<host>:6113/mcp
ewoksid13-mcp --transport stdio  # for a client that spawns the server itself

python -m ewoksid13.mcp does the same. Add a tool by writing it in ewoksid13.mcp.tools and listing it in that package's TOOLS; the server picks it up with no change of its own.
