This name is held by the Experimently project. The package itself is not released yet; this 0.0.0 release exists only so the name cannot be taken by anyone else.
Until the first real release, install from source:
pip install "git+https://github.com/getexperimently/experimently#subdirectory=sdk/openfeature-python"
Importing this placeholder raises an error that says the same thing.
