What this package is

This is a name reservation, not a working client. It installs cleanly and does nothing. It exists so that the facturseal name on PyPI points at the official project rather than at someone else's code.

The real client will be published here when FacturSeal becomes generally available. Until then, do not build anything on this package.

About FacturSeal

Electronic invoicing mandates across Europe rest on a moving target. EN 16931, the national specifications built on top of it, and the rule packs that implement them are all revised several times a year. Software that passed validation last quarter can quietly stop passing after an upstream revision.

FacturSeal validates invoices against those specifications and reports what changed when a rule pack moves.

Status: in active development, not generally available.
