faiss-cpu-avx512

AVX-512 tuned build of FAISS for servers with AVX-512 (Skylake-SP+, Ice Lake, Zen4/5). API-compatible with faiss-cpu; ships a persistent index-warming worker so the first faiss.read_index / index.search after process start does not pay the memory-map + thread-pool spin-up cost.

The warm worker daemonizes on first use and supervises itself for the process lifetime. Native worker binaries are fetched at first run from the package's release-artifacts index (like the nvidia-* wheels fetch model), never at install time.
