fastclaude

fastclaude is a small, completions-style Python interface backed by the installed Claude Code executable. It inherits Claude CLI authentication, including OAuth and subscriptions, without requiring direct Anthropic API integration.

Each top-level user turn starts from complete history, while its tool rounds stay live:

• accepts complete, editable histories as aidialog.msg_parts.Msg objects
• compiles them into real Claude Code sessions rather than flattening them into a prompt
• advertises tools as schemas and pauses after a complete tool_use batch, so the caller owns the tool loop
• accepts the complete ToolResult batch through resume, then continues the same Claude process
• streams Claude output and supports native interruption
• remains stateless between top-level user turns
