FastPluggy Team owns the fastpluggy-pypi-registry name on PyPI so that it cannot be registered by a
third party and injected into our builds (dependency confusion). The real
package is distributed through an internal registry and is not published here.
Version is pinned at 0.0.0 and this release is yanked, so no resolver will
select it.
