Femtorun
Femtorun defines the parent class for different femtosense run-ables (runtimes). The idea is to unify the API for invoking these different runtimes, to make side-by-side comparison/verification easier.
Also includes IOSpec, which formalizes multi-IO/multi-model inputs/outputs and sequencing for models
