feniksname on PyPI. It is not installable or usable.
Active package
Install the active development package instead:
pip install feniks-wipe
About Feniks
Feniks is a forensic drive wipe and certification tool for Windows. It produces s.147 Evidence Act 1995 (Cth) compliant certificates for wiped storage media, with bridge chip classification down to firmware revision level.
