fiado

This is a placeholder release. It contains no code.

fiado makes every branch carry a short, human-written record of why the change exists, then turns those records into a weekly team conversation. It targets the intent and cognitive debt described by Margaret-Anne Storey in From Technical Debt to Cognitive and Intent Debt (2026).

The tool is under active development, and a usable release will be published under this name.
