Tool for making genomics figures.

Features:

• Large collection of tracks (bigwig, HiC, alignments, copy number, SV…)
• Graphical user interface
• Multi-region figures
• Highlight regions of interest
• Output figures in svg, pdf, eps or png

Installation

Linux, MacOS

Clone and repository and install it as a python package

git clone https://github.com/CompEpigen/figeno.git
cd figeno
pip install .

Then run figeno to start the graphical user interface. If you are using conda and notice that the user interface looks strange, also run conda install -c conda-forge tk=*=xft_*

Windows

Download the figeno_windows.zip from https://github.com/CompEpigen/figeno/releases/tag/0.1, unzip it and launch the graphical user interface by clicking on figeno.exe.
