This tool is no longer maintained, migrated to fh-tool.
The 2.4.0 version used a non-portable hash chain calculation method, which is more secure, but it restricts the database to only being read and written in Python. This can be inconvenient when using other languages for reading and writing the database.
I am unable to login PyPI, so I can't yank version 2.4.0.
