FindGoods MCP Server

MCP Server for Japanese anime merchandise wholesale, powered by GoodsMart.

Exposes 59 tools for the GoodsMart Shop API — search products, manage the cart, place orders, request and track shipments (with overseas shipping estimates), pay with GM Pay, get business documents (invoices, receipts, delivery notes), and manage the account. A few web-only features (articles, newsletter, product feed subscriptions, order cancellation requests — use an inquiry instead) are not exposed as tools.

Installation

pip install findgoods-mcp-server

Usage

As MCP Server (for AI clients like Claude Desktop)

Add to your MCP client config:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "findgoods": {
      "command": "python",
      "args": ["-m", "findgoods_mcp"],
      "env": {
        "WHOLESALE_SHOP_API_URL": "https://api.wholesale.goodsmart.jp"
      }
    }
  }
}

As CLI (token-efficient, for AI agents like Claude Code)

findgoods login --email user@example.com --password xxx
findgoods search-products --keyword "フィギュア"
findgoods add-to-cart --goods-id "xxx" --quantity 6
# after the user confirmed the items, payment method and total (お支払い合計)
findgoods create-order --payment-method bank --expected-total-jpy 11000
findgoods --help

Configuration

The API endpoint defaults to the official API. To change it, set an environment variable:

WHOLESALE_SHOP_API_URL=https://api.wholesale.goodsmart.jp
  • MCP server mode over stdio (python -m findgoods_mcp) also reads ~/.findgoods/config.env, or only the file given with --env-file; it does not read a .env in the working directory.
  • MCP server mode over HTTP (--transport streamable-http / sse) also reads a .env file in the working directory, or only the file given with --env-file.
  • CLI mode (findgoods ...) also reads ~/.findgoods/config.env; it does not read a .env in the current directory.
  • An endpoint other than the official API or localhost prints a warning to stderr, since logins and tokens are sent there.
  • Unrelated keys in these files are ignored.

Shipping

Ships to 144 countries and regions via international express courier (not to sanctioned destinations: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus); import duties are paid by the recipient. Adult items and items restricted by air-transport or import/export rules cannot be shipped outside Japan; overseas shipments can add optional declared-value coverage (declared value = goods amount).
