Python bindings to findMF

findMFPy
This package provides a Python wrapper for the peak picker from findMFBase.
Documentation: Quick reference
Basic usage
To install the package
pip install findmfpy@git+https://github.com/leoschwarz/findMFPy
this may take a while as the package needs to be compiled.
Developer install
Clone with recursive submodules, i.e. git clone --recursive. Pip install the package, if you want to develop pip install -e ".[dev]".
See tests/test_api.py for now.
