flepimop2: FLExible Pipeline for Interchangeable MOdel Processing

flepimop2 is a Python package and command-line tool for running dynamic system simulations. It works with configuration files to define and execute analysis pipelines - separating the mathematical model (system), numerical solver (engine), and output format (backend) - so that workflows are reproducible, version-controllable, and easy to share. Because it is also a library, you can write custom analyses that integrate seamlessly with the pipeline, and advanced users can develop shareable modules that plug directly into it.

Installation

flepimop2 is published on PyPI and can be installed with:

pip install flepimop2
