flexcompute-tidy3d
flexcompute-tidy3d reserves the flexcompute.tidy3d import namespace for
the Tidy3D product.
This initial package is an empty, dependency-free scaffold. It does not move
or re-export the existing tidy3d implementation; that migration is a
separate change.
