flomo-takeout
Convert flomo HTML export to monthly Markdown files.
Install
pip install flomo-takeout
Usage
flomo-takeout export.zip # Creates flomo/*.md
flomo-takeout export.zip output # Creates output/*.md
Output:
flomo/
├── 2021-05.md
├── 2025-11.md
├── 2025-11.assets/
│ └── audio_record.m4a
├── 2026-02.md
└── ...
Same-day memos are grouped under a single ## YYYY-MM-DD heading, separated by blank lines.
