Floorplan Scene
毫米制户型数据结构与语义 SVG、FPI、Legend 转换。仅依赖本包和声明的第三方库，不含 CAD 前处理、模型调用、任务服务、Facts、动线、采光、通风或训练功能。

export_fpi 不修改输入 Scene。目标格式无法表示的信息、默认值与几何近似记录在 diagnostics 中；格式转换成功不表示识别准确或建筑合理。房间完整轮廓保留在 Scene/SVG，FPI 导出房间标签。FPI 回读时房间轮廓需要调用方提供对应 Graph，本包不调用服务取得 Graph。
房间类型由随包的 room-types.json 定义：115 个 FPI 标准类型及 6 个登记扩展。Scene/SVG 仅保留语义类型与名称；数字类型由转换器决定，不接受 roomTypeId / data-room-type-id。登记扩展显式降级，未登记类型降为 custom（17），并保留原类型、名称与 room_type_fallback 诊断。FPI 回读按数字精确还原类型；不根据名称猜类型。
0.2.0 不兼容旧数字房间字段；circulation 不再是标准类型，须按实际用途选择 corridor、entrance 等，不自动猜测迁移。
公开发布前需由维护者确定代码与资源的发布许可。
