Fluorescence Anisotropy Analysis
Read and analyse data from fluorescence anisotropy assays.
The pacakge is best used within the interactive environment of Jupyter Notebook (accessible via Anaconda).

A demonstrational Jupyter Notebook file with a step-by-step guide presenting the functionality and typical workflow can be accessed here.
Installation
The package can be installed globally from the PyPI repository. Jupyter Notebook must already be installed as it is not included as a dependecy of this package.
pip install fluanisotropyanalysis
Dependencies
platemapping version 2.0 or higher (automatically installed)
