Policy-based data structures with compile-time Ordered/Frozen variants:

• Set — unordered, ordered, frozen, frozen-ordered (policy-based)
• Map — same four variants via policies
• List / Tuple — mutable list + frozen tuple
• BloomFilter / BloomSet — probabilistic fast-negative-lookup set
• LRUCache — simpoo version wrapping Map
