forecast-store

A forecast store is a bi-temporal store for forecasts and the data they are made from and scored against: every belief carries three clocks (target_time, available_at, recorded_at), measurements and predictions live in separate append-only tables, and backtests, evaluation, and monitoring become plain SQL.

This package name is claimed for the reference implementation of the forecast store convention (schema generator, as-of read/write paths, and adapters — validated end-to-end against OpenSTEF's public liander2024 benchmark on TimescaleDB). The v0 release is in preparation; this placeholder will be replaced by it.
