Skills Runtime for the Forge agent harness.
Provides intent-based skill dispatch, SKILL.md loading, and sub-run execution with full EventBus integration.
Installation
pip install forge-skills
# With intent-based dispatch (sentence-transformers):
pip install forge-skills[intent]
Quick start
