Cross-Impact Balance (CIB) scenario and futures analysis.
🚧 This is a placeholder release that reserves the name on PyPI while the package is under active development.
forkcast will provide a clean, reproducible engine for Cross-Impact Balance
analysis: consistency checking, attractor/basin mapping, succession dynamics,
and matrix-perturbation sensitivity — applicable to any scenario/futures model,
not just a specific one.
Install
pip install forkcast
