Installation:
pip install frame-counter
Usage:
frame-counter <FPS> <START_FRAME> <END_FRAME>
The result looks like this:
H:M:S.m
Mod Note: Start Frame: XX, End Frame: XX, Frame Rate: XX, Time: H:M:S.m
