FrictionLog
Your AGENTS.md should grow from your scars, not from a template. A local-first Claude Code companion.
Status: 🚧 WIP — Sprint 1 (project scaffolding). Not yet usable.
What it is
FrictionLog watches your Claude Code sessions and only records correction moments — the times you push back, undo an edit, or tell the AI "no, do X instead." Once a week, it generates a markdown digest of your top recurring frictions and drafts AGENTS.md rules you can copy-paste.
It does not analyze your code. It does not phone home. It does not tell you how to be a better engineer.
What it is not
- ❌ Not a memory plugin (we do not store preferences)
- ❌ Not a SaaS (everything stays in
~/.frictionlog/) - ❌ Not an AGENTS.md template library
