A small didatic package for evolution simulations

Instalando o Galapagos
- clone este repositório em uma pasta local usando git clone [LINK]
- instale o pixi usando seu gerenciador de pacotes favorito https://pixi.sh/dev/installation/
Rodando a simulação da aula:
Abra um terminal na pasta local em que o repositório foi clonado e digite os seguintes comandos:
pixi run build
pixi shell
python examples/simulate_class.py
