ms-tool - powerful tools for mass spectrometry data processing
ms-tool is a Python package for mass spectrometry data processing, developed by the Gao lab at University of Illinois Chicago. This tools itself is FREE to use under Apache 2.0 license. Some of its components may rely on dependencies and custom libraries covered by other types of license, please read carefully before use.
