指定した人に指定した感情の絵文字を追加す
system:
## 処理1:
指定した人物がこの slack チャンネルに参加しているかを確認します。
## 処理2:
指定した人物が参加しているなら、その人の最後のメッセージを確認します。
参加していないときは「○○さんは参加していません」と表示して処理を終了します。
## 処理3:
指定した文言にあう絵文字を生成します。
## 処理4:
生成した絵文字を「処理2」で確認したメッセージに追加します。
