genomixhub-api integrates genomics information into GenomiXHub reports.
This project was generated with cookiecutter using jacebrowning/template-python.
Setup
Requirements
- Python 3.8+
Installation
Install it directly into an activated virtual environment:
$ pip install genomixhub-api
or add it to your Poetry project:
$ poetry add genomixhub-api
Usage
After installation, the package can be imported:
$ python
>>> import genomixhub
>>> genomixhub.__version__
