Open "Folder" in VS Code

Create Virtual Environment
- Press CTRL + SHIFT + P and Select 'Python: Create Virtual Environment'
- Follow the prompts

Change Default Terminal in VS Code
- Press CTRL + SHIFT + P and Select 'Terminal: Select Default Profile'
- Choose 'Command Prompt'

Test the Virtual Environment
- Press CTRL + SHIFT + ~ to open a terminal.
- Ensure the prompt begins with '(.venv)'
