About the theme

Hanoi Neon Signs replaces the Chrome new-tab background and toolbar colors with a photo-style scene of illuminated shop signage on a rainy Hanoi street: glowing alu panel signs, LED raised letters, and light-box signs lining a row of storefronts. It was made by Quang Cao Quoc Dang, a Hanoi signboard manufacturer, as a small tribute to the neon-and-signage look of the city's shopping streets.

• Custom new-tab background image (no extra permissions, no data collected)
• Free, lightweight theme; only changes visuals, no browsing data is read or modified
