The Decepticon ship that carries weapons of mass destruction.
Available Weapons
flac- Reference FLAC wrapper with concurrent encoding and support for more codecs via FFmpeg.opus- Opusenc wrapper with concurrent encoding, automatic bitrate selection, and support for more codecs via FFmpeg.
Installation
You can use either pipx (recommended) or pip to install it.
pip install harbinger
Docs
Simply run harbinger <tool> --help to get the tool specific documentation.
