Quick Start

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/johanneskasser/hdsemg-select.git
   cd hdsemg_select
   

2. Create virtual environment (as admin):

   python -m venv venv
   source venv/bin/activate  # On Windows use venv\Scripts\activate
   pip install -r requirements.txt
   

3. Run the application:

   python src/main.py
