hedron-posit
Unified Posit Workbench / Connect deployment facade for Hedron.
Package maturity: Beta · Package line: 1.0.x · pin >=1.0.2,<2.0
0.67.0, 1.0.0, and 1.0.1 are yanked on PyPI. The documented >=1.0.2
floor excludes the incompatible releases; existing exact pins and lockfiles should be
updated before deployment.

Install into a project virtual environment:
python3 -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
python -m pip install "hedron-posit>=1.0.2,<2.0"
Native Connect GUID is Supported on Posit Connect 2025.06.0 through 2026.07.0. Posit Workbench 2025.05.1 through 2026.07.0 is Supported. Install this package into the content environment (do not vendor only source trees on Connect 2025.06).
When a Workbench session omits RS_SERVER_URL, run hedron-posit run with
--discover; the launcher binds the selected port first, then validates the
rserver-url result before importing the application.
The flagship hedron run app:app --discover command provides the same handoff.
