Helixor agent SDK

Public authoring, CLI commands, generated clients, templates and Pi bridge. The helixor CLI depends on this package. It contains no agent service, pricing/usage engine, draft store or authoring assistant prompts.

helixor agent check validates local structure. Deployment admission on the selected service validates prices, budgets and policy rules before execution. Python callers can request structural checks with load_agent(path, check_prices=False); the default price admission requires the private runtime.

A shared deployment is cloud hosted (development or production) and uses its team/tenant authorization. A local deployment is the user's personal sandbox. Select the authorized cloud service with --to; local execution requires the matching private runtime and never grants cloud permissions.
