Host clients and session bookkeeping for HF modems, including the VARA-style two-socket TCP interface and Sabir's native framed-CBOR interface.
Standard library only, deliberately. It is the piece a client links against, so it stays free of anything that would drag numerical or audio dependencies into a process that only needs to talk to a modem over a socket.
Part of hfmodem, where it is used by the station process and by the conformance bench. Pre-alpha.
