HHI InP O-band PDK 7.44.0.2

Internal layout and technology PDK for Fraunhofer HHI's O-band MPW release 7.44.0 (HHI44). The Python distribution is hhi-inp-oband and the import is hhi_inp_oband.

The foundry source is JePPIX O-band release 126. Its unpacked blueprint, design manual, and layer information are kept in this private repository under references/HHI_PDK_Oband_7-44-0/. The active blueprint and a versioned copy are in from_updk/, following the C-band PDK. The reference data and generator inputs are excluded from the source distribution and wheel. The 7.44.0 blueprint defines 77 building blocks and 12 cross-section names.

This package contains layout and technology only. Measured building-block performance is pending, so it contains no compact models or performance datasets. The 3D stack represents the passive O-band waveguide films and etches in design manual Figure 2.5 and the routing dielectric and gold in Figure 2.1. The active-mesa epitaxy is not specified by that stack. The relationship between the O-band and C-band process flows has not been confirmed.

The release workflow uses the internal private registry target. The package stays in a private repository and is not published to PyPI.
