Installation
pip install hipparcos-catalog
Usage
import hipparcos_catalog

path = hipparcos_catalog.catalog_path()
About the catalog
The Hipparcos 2 catalog (van Leeuwen 2007) contains astrometric data for 117,955 stars observed by the ESA Hipparcos satellite. The catalog is in the public domain.
