Contains a wrapper for the ``BeamOptikDLL.dll`` control library of the HIT
accelerator facility for use with madgui_.

The ``BeamOptikDLL.dll`` library needs to be accessible (PATH or CWD).
Setup

The setup is to be performed as follows
