This package name is reserved by Happy Technologies LLC for HIVE Governance — a universal governance engine that applies ITIL service principles to AI agent operations (trust-tiered autonomy, HITL promotion gates, self-healing, audit).
The product is real and under active development, currently distributed privately. This placeholder exists to prevent dependency-confusion attacks against our name. It intentionally installs no importable module — if you installed it expecting functionality, you do not have access to the private distribution; contact Happy Technologies LLC.
A public release may be published under this name in the future.
