Holotools

Holotools is the code base used by the Holobiome team

Installation

Use the package manager pip to install Holotools.

pip install holotools==0.0.22

from holotools.trim import * # trimming algorithms

longest_contig('test16.fna')

Pull requests are welcome. For major changes, please open an issue first to discuss what you would like to change.

Please make sure to update tests as appropriate.
