Installable Python package for HSCI data access utilities built on DuckDB and Narwhals.
Install
pip install .
Run tests
pytest
Publish To PyPI (Local)
Set your token once in your shell profile:
export UV_PUBLISH_TOKEN=pypi-xxxx
Release flow from your machine:
# bump version in pyproject.toml first
uv sync --dev
uv run pytest -q
uv build
uv publish
Dry-run against TestPyPI:
uv publish --publish-url https://test.pypi.org/legacy/
