HYGrapher (2D & 3D)

A high-performance, cross-platform desktop application for plotting, visual editing, and analyzing CSV/Excel datasets using Matplotlib and PyQt6. Available in both 2D and 3D visualization modes.

🚀 Usage

Command Line Interface

Launch 2D mode:

hygrapher

Launch 2D mode with a dataset or project file:

hygrapher data.csv
hygrapher my_project.pmggrp

Launch 3D mode:

hygrapher-3d
hygrapher-3d data.csv

Python Entrypoint

🧪 Testing & CI/CD

Run Unit Tests Locally

cd hygrapher
pytest -v --cov=hygrapher

Build & Release Workflow

The repository includes automated GitHub Actions CI/CD (.github/workflows/ci.yml):

• Runs unit tests and coverage across Linux, macOS, and Windows matrix.
• Automated PyPI Publishing: Pushing any tag matching v* (e.g. v0.6.0) automatically builds wheels and publishes the release package to PyPI.
