ilaydaMSA
Bu proje, Biyoinformatik dersi için Çoklu Dizi Hizalaması (Multiple Sequence Alignment - MSA) amacıyla sıfırdan geliştirilmiş, eğitim amaçlı bir Clustal Omega algoritması kütüphanesidir.
İçerdiği algoritmalar ve adımlar:
- K-mer tabanlı uzaklık matrisi hesaplama
- UPGMA yöntemi ile Kılavuz Ağaç (Guide Tree) oluşturma
- Profile-HMM tabanlı Kademeli Hizalama (Progressive Alignment)
- Consensus Sequence oluşturma
- Hizalama istatistiklerini raporlama
Kurulum
Bu kütüphaneyi bilgisayarınıza indirmek için aşağıdaki komutu terminalinizde çalıştırabilirsiniz:
pip install ilaydaMSA
