# Image Processing 3D

This repository contains some functions to process 3D images or multi-channel 3D images (a 4D array with channels as the first dimensions). Main functions include:

  • Resize, crop, and uncrop

  • Reslice (affine)

  • Rotate

  • Scale

  • Deform
