imzDesk is an open-source web-based workbench and Python library that enables multi-modal analysis and modeling of Whole Slide Images (WSIs) and Mass Spectrometry Images (MSIs).

Installation

pip install "imzdesk[extras]"

python -m imzdesk <dirpath>
